Big Hill is a bespoke luxury rural escape nestled within 18 hectares of native New Zealand bushland surrounded by stunning oceanside Banks Peninsula farmland. Designed to make the most of the natural environment. The retreat is a modern interpretation of the icon rural New Zealand shed.

A design lead space of generous proportions. Each room and feature has been thoughtfully considered to encapsulate the everchanging dramatic views of Banks Peninsula coastline, Raupo Bay, the Pacific Ocean all the way to Kaikoura mountains.
